SATE MLE and CHARACTER EDUCATION



Sate MLE; the term was first developed by the author in SMA N 2 Aikmel in 2011. The word is derived from merging the word satay means profound, and MLE (Multi Level Education) which means the diversity of learning abilities. So sate MLE is learning that involves deep diversity of learning abilities in the study groups (classes).

In line with modern learning; Sate Model MLE view learners as a subject, partner and partner teachers in learning activities both in class and happen outside the classroom. In addition the teacher is not one - the only source of learning in the classroom, but students can be a source of secondary learning. Although it is recognized that the position of the teacher as a primary learning resource can not be replaced by any sophisticated tool, but as a secondary source of learning can be done by learners or other tools.
